This cake is for my husband to celebrate his change of command. Design is based on their logo of a palm tree island backed by Diamond Head represented by "lava rocks" topped with tropical island. Bottom tier is guava cake with strawberry guava filling and cream cheese icing. The second tier is chocolate delight cake with dark chocolate ganache filling and butter cream icing. The top tier is french vanilla with butter cream icing all covered with fondant.
