Pickle cake is red velvet with vanilla buttercream covered in tinted fondant. This was such a  fun cake to make. You never know what the next request will bring. I love these unusal cakes! It turned out quite cute for a pickle! =P

Modern Beach

This Modern beach cake was created for an intimate wedding. Bride requested wedding colors and a beach them be incorpoarted in the cake. Chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream is covered with fondant painted with silver luster. Black coral is made from grape vines piped with black royal icing paired with white fondant anemones.

Butterfly Wedding

This gorgeous fuchsia, black and white butterfly cupcake tower was designed for a recent wedding held at Helemano Plantation. Vanilla and chocolate cupcakes topped with vanilla buttercream are nestled in beautiful white luster butterfly cupcake wrappers. Custom stand was built to accommodate wrappers and fuchsia fringe. Cake is topped with two gumpaste butterflies and white roses. Bride and groom will be releasing butterflies are their ceremony to represent a new beginning! 

Coconut Hawaiian Wedding

Coconut Hawaiian Wedding- An out of town bride contacted me to do small wedding cake for two. Simple vanilla cake with coconut buttercream showered with coconut flakes. A plain teal fondant band wraps the cake topped with fresh flowers.

This order was a first for me... the first time I forgot to take a picture of the cake! =) So I snapped a quick cell phone picture before delivery. How silly! Hopefully more picture will follow.
